Upon due consideration of counsel for petitioners' Motion to Withdraw as Cousel, filed July 2, 2024, it is
ORDERED that Dr. Fred Edge and Dr. Carl Edge are directed on or before August 16, 2024, to file with the Court a response to the above-referenced motion. Dr. Fred Edge and Dr. Carl Edge are directed to include in their response when they wish to try these cases which will be tried if they are not settled with respondent's counsel. They should also inform the Court if they have any updated contact information including their most recent telephone number. If Dr. Fred Edge and Dr. Carl Edge fail to respond, these cases will be subject to dismissal for failure to properly prosecute and a decision could be entered for respondent. It is further
ORDERED that in addition to the usual service upon the parties, the Clerk of the Court is directed to serve a copy of this Order on Dr. Fred C. Edge at 100 Deer Creek Dr., Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania, 15666 and Dr. Carl C. Edge at 148 Cannonball Ct., Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania 15666.
