Hearing Granted Aug. 3, 1939

Appeal from Superior Court, City and County of San Francisco; E.P. Shortall, Judge.

Action for damages for unlawful eviction by Lawrence G. Beckett against the City of Paris Dry Goods Company. Judgment for the plaintiff, and the plaintiff appeals from that part of the judgment wherein trial court failed to grant certain items of damage, and the defendant appeals from the whole of the judgment.

Judgment reversed in part and affirmed in part; plaintiff’s appeal dismissed.
