-------------------------------------X Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 24, 2016, from an order and judgment (one paper) of said Court, entered on or about September 12, 2016, and from a New York County Civil Court L & T judgment, entered on or about September 19, 2016, And, an order of a Justice of this Court, dated November 29, 2016, having granted plaintiffs an interim stay of eviction on condition that plaintiffs continue to pay use and occupancy in accordance with the stipulation of the parties, dated November 21, 2016, pending determination of this motion, And, plaintiffs-appellants having moved to stay the action, and eviction from the premises located at 20 Murray Street pending determination of the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is Ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of continuing the relief granted by the interim order of a Justice of this Court, dated November 29, 2016, as a full bench stay on condition that plaintiffs perfect their appeal on or before March 20, 2017 for the June 2017 Term.
