From the 144th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas Trial Court No. 2019CR1257 Honorable Andrew Wyatt Carruthers, Judge Presiding
ORDER
LIZA A. RODRIGUEZ, JUSTICE
The clerk's record in this appeal was filed July 15, 2024. Appellant's notice of appeal states his intent to appeal from the trial court's May 28, 2024 order that he participate in outpatient mental health services pursuant to chapter 46B of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure and section 574.0355 of the Texas Health & Safety Code. This is an accelerated appeal pursuant to article 46B.102(d)(3) of the Texas Code of Criminal Procedure and section 574.070 of the Texas Health & Safety Code. The reporter's record has been filed.
Appellant's brief is due August 12, 2024. Appellee's brief will be due twenty days after appellant's brief is filed.
The clerk's record does not reflect that the trial court has signed a certification of defendant's right to appeal pursuant to Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 25.2(d). See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(a)(2) ("The trial court shall enter a certification of the defendant's right of appeal each time it enters a judgment of guilt or other appealable order other than an order appealable under Code of Criminal Procedure Chapter 64."). We order the trial court to sign a certification of the defendant's right of appeal on or before August 12, 2024, and the trial court clerk to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the trial court's certification within ten days of the trial court signing the certification.
