ORDER MODIFYING OPINION;

DENYING PETITION FOR

REHEARING; NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT

It is ordered that the opinion filed on September 15, 2011, be modified as follows: On page 8, first paragraph, the fourth full sentence is modified to read, "Diane was with Oppenhorst continuously at the hospital, except for when she left at 2:00 a.m. to take Clarene home and rest for a while, returning at 6:00 a.m." This modification does not change the judgment. The petition for rehearing is DENIED.
