The reporter's record in this case has not been filed. The supplemental clerk's record in this case contains appellants' May 16, 2024 request for preparation of the reporter's record. Accordingly, we ORDER Brooke Wagner, Official Court Reporter for the 160th Judicial District Court, to file, on or before June 24, 2024, either (1) the reporter's record; or (2) written verification that appellants have not paid for or made arrangements to pay for the reporter's record. We caution appellants that if we receive written verification appellants have not paid or made arrangements to pay for the record, we may order the appeal submitted without a reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 37.3(C).
