This case is currently calendared for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia special session, scheduled to begin October 23, 2023, for one week.
On May 22, 2023, the Court held a conference call with the parties to discuss potentially extending the special session. In light of the discussion, it is
ORDERED that the Court's special session set for October 23, 2023, in Atlanta, Georgia will be extended for an additional week, except that trial proceedings during the week of October 30, 2023, will commence at 10:00 a.m., in the Center Courtroom at the United States Tax Court, 400 Second Street, N W, 3rd Floor, Washington, DC 20217.
