ORDER
Joseph Robert Goeke Judge.
On March 11, 2024, trial in this case commenced in Atlanta, Georgia. For cause, it is
ORDERED that the portion of the transcript of the trial in Atlanta, Georgia that took place on March 13, 2024, is sealed, to be opened only for good cause shown until further directed by the Court. It is further
ORDERED that eScribers, LLC, shall take all necessary measures to safeguard the confidentiality of any reporter's notes pertaining to that portion of the trial and any recording made of that portion of the trial. In no event shall any notes or recording be released to any person or entity pertaining to that portion of the trial that is not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall upon receipt of the unredacted transcript of the portion of the trial on March 13, 2024, at a mutually agreeable date and time, but no later than May 17, 2024, confer regarding redactions of the transcript. It is further
ORDERED that, on or before June 14, 2024, the parties shall file a redacted version of the transcript. The redacted copy of the transcript shall be clearly marked as "Redacted". It is further
ORDERED that the parties and their counsel are hereby directed to protect from disclosure the unredacted transcript. Access to any materials placed under seal by the Court shall be limited to the parties, their counsel and their assistants. It is further
ORDERED that, in the event any third party shall order from eScribers, LLC, a copy of the portion of the transcript of the trial on March 13, 2024, in this case, eScribers, LLC, shall not provide the unredacted transcript. It is further
ORDERED that, in addition to regular service upon the parties, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order on eScribers, LLC, 7227 N. 16th Street, Suite 207, Phoenix, Arizona 85020.
