ORDER
Patrick J. Urda Judge.
This case is currently calendared for a two-week bifurcated special trial session of the Court in Atlanta, Georgia, scheduled to begin October 23, 2023, and scheduled to continue for an additional week in Washington, D.C.
The Court held a conference call with the parties on June 29, 2023. At the conference call, petitioner's counsel requested a continuance to early 2024 and counsel for the Commissioner indicated that she had no objection with this short continuance. In light of the discussion, it is
ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the above-referenced bifurcated special trial session, and that bifurcated special session is canceled. It is further
ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at a two-week special session of the Court, in Courtroom 1136, of the Russell Federal Building & Courthouse, 75 Ted Turner Dr., S.W., Atlanta, Georgia 30303, and that the parties shall appear for trial at the bifurcated schedule set forth herein:
. at 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 18, through Friday, March 22, 2024; and
. at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, April 8, through Friday, April 12, 2024.
It is further
ORDERED that the pretrial schedule set forth in the Court's Order served March 15, 2023, remains in full force and effect. Should the parties need any modifications to this pretrial schedule, the parties may do so by filing a motion to modify pretrial scheduling order.
This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
