No. ED77387 (Mo. Ct. App. Dec. 26, 2000)

Opinion

No. ED77387

Filed: December 26, 2000

APPEAL FROM THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE CITY OF ST. LOUIS, HONORABLE JOHN J. RILEY

S. Paige Canfield; 1221 Locust, Suite 350; St. Louis, MO 63103, for appellant.

Jeremiah W. (Jay) Nixon; Attorney General, Stacy L. Anderson; Assistant Attorney General, P.O. Box 899; Jefferson City, MO 65102, for respondent.

Before Hoff, C.J. and Crane, J. and Sullivan, J.

ORDER

Antonio Beaver (Movant) appeals the judgment denying his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after a hearing. We have reviewed the briefs of the parties and the record on appeal and conclude the trial court's determination is not clearly erroneous. Rule 29.15(k). An extended opinion would have no precedential value. However, we are providing a memorandum to the parties setting forth the reasons for our decision. We affirm the judgment pursuant to Rule 84.16(b).

Mary K. Hoff, C.J. and Kathianne Knaup Crane, J. and Sherri B. Sullivan, J.; concurring.
