This case is presently calendared for trial at the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan trial session. On March 7, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. Respondent states that petitioner has been nonresponsive to his communication attempts, by telephone and email, to resolve this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 31, 2022, petitioner shall file an objection, if any, to respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed March 7, 2022. Failure to file an objection may result in the granting of respondent's motion. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service on the parties, the Clerk of Court shall serve this Order on petitioner at 16854 Hubbell Street, Detroit, Michigan 48235. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is set for hearing at the calendar call of the Court's April 11, 2022, Detroit, Michigan trial session beginning 10:00 AM. The parties may refer to the Notice of Trial for the Zoomgov meeting ID and passcode.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
