The decree discharging the conservatorship is to be corrected so as to reflect the fact that the reason for the appointment of a conservator was the advanced age of the ward and that decree, as so corrected, is affirmed. The judgment dismissing the action for declaratory relief is affirmed. The plaintiff is not to have counsel fees or expenses on this appeal, either in these or in any other proceedings.
