Present — Clarke, P.J., McLaughlin, Scott, Smith and Page, JJ.; McLaughlin, J., dissented on the ground that the plaintiff has all the security he is entitled to.


Order modified by requiring defendant to give security in the sum of $145,000 to secure past and future dividends on the 39,000 shares of stock which are the subject of an option, and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion.


Order to be settled on notice.
