APPEAL ERROR — APPEAL DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE BECAUSE IT DID NOT INVOLVE AN APPEALABLE ORDER, THE RECORD WAS INSUFFICIENT, AND IT APPEARED THAT THE PARTIES WERE ASKING FOR AN ADVISORY OPINION. — Where the appeal was not shown to involve an appealable order, the record was insufficient, and it appeared that the parties were asking for an advisory opinion, the appeal was dismissed without prejudice to proceed further in the trial court.

Appeal from Pulaski Chancery Court, Second Division; John C. Earl, Chancellor; appeal dismissed.
