Calvin Beasley, Petitioner, v. Agency For Persons With Disabilities, Respondent.

Not final until disposition of any timely and authorized motion under Fla. R. App. P. 9.330 or 9.331.
Petition for Writ of Prohibition-Original Jurisdiction.
Jessica J. Yeary, Public Defender, and Justin Karpf, Assistant Public Defender, Tallahassee, for Petitioner.
No appearance for Respondent.
PER CURIAM.
The Court treats the emergency petition as a petition for writ of certiorari seeking review of a non-appealable, non-final order that granted Respondent's motion for Petitioner to appear remotely at an annual review hearing conducted under section 393.11(14), Florida Statutes. See Fla. R. App. P. 9.040(c).
The Court dismisses the petition for failure to make a preliminary showing of irreparable harm. See CQB, 2010, LLC v. Bank of New York Mellon, 177 So.3d 644, 645 (Fla. 1st DCA 2015).
Makar, Osterhaus, and Kelsey, JJ., concur.
