On September 12, 2023, the parties filed a joint status report. The report states that on August 30, 2023, petitioner participated in a conference with the Appeals Office. Respondent is awaiting a response from petitioner to the settlement terms outlined by the Appeals Office. The parties request that the Court order a status report in 90 days to provide the then current status of the case.
Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that on or before December 18, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report.
