Kathleen Dawn Bean, Appellant v. The State of Texas, Appellee

FROM THE 26TH DISTRICT COURT OF WILLIAMSON COUNTY, NO. 19-2458-K26, THE HONORABLE DONNA GAYLE KING, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant Kathleen Dawn Bean seeks to appeal an order of deferred adjudication for unauthorized use of a vehicle. See Tex. Penal Code § 31.07. The trial court has certified that (1) this is a plea-bargain case and Bean has no right of appeal, and (2) Bean has waived the right of appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction. See Tex. R. App. P. 25.2(a)(2), (d).
