MOTION FOR ATTORNEYS FEES AND COSTS
For the reasons set forth in the Court's Memorandum of Decision filed herein, and for other good cause,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Defendant Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.'s Motion for Attorney Fees and Costs, Adv. Dkt. No. 77, shall be and is hereby GRANTED IN PART. Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is hereby awarded attorneys' fees of $69,820 and costs of $1,740.55, as represented on the Bill of Costs filed in Adversary Proceeding No. 10-8114, Adv. Dkt. No. 78. In all other respects, the motion is DENIED.
