For the reasons stated on the reverse Memorandum Opinion and Order, defendants' motion for summary judgement is granted as to all federal claims. These claims are dismissed in their entirety with their prejudice. The state law claim is dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction without prejudice to being filed in state court. Defendant's motion to strike is denied. This case is terminated.
