In Re: Johnny J. Chavis, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 637463. BEFORE: McDONALD, McCLENDON, AND THERIOT, JJ.
WRIT NOT CONSIDERED. In his writ application, relator failed to include a copy of the petition for damages, as well as any supplemental and amending petitions for damages, filed in the 19th Judicial District Court by the plaintiff, Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and A&M College, a violation of Rule 4-5(C)(8), Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Further, relator failed to include a copy of all pertinent court minutes, in violation of Rule 4-5(C)(12). Lastly, relator failed to consecutively number all documents and exhibits, in violation of Rule 4-5(B). Supplementation of this writ application and/or application for rehearing will not be considered. Rules 4-9 and 2-18.7, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. In the event relator seeks to file a new application with this Court, it must contain all pertinent documentation and must comply with Rule 2-12.2, Uniform Rules of Louisiana Courts of Appeal. Any new application must be filed on or before September 14, 2015, and must contain a copy of this ruling.
