DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

ORDERED that this appeal from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered January 30, 2015, is stricken from the appeals calendar and the general calendar, as the transcript of a portion of the trial has not been made part of the record on appeal, since the transcript indicates that the recording stopped before the end of the trial. Appellant's remedy, if it be so advised, is to move to reconstruct the record in the Civil Court.
