Action to enjoin the defendants from conducting an arbitration hearing in connection with the discharge of an employee of the plaintiff, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven; after the plaintiff withdraw the action as against the named defendant, the matter was tried to the court, Fracasse, J.; judgment for the plaintiff from which the defendant AFSCME, Council 4, Local 287, appealed to this court. No error.
