An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about June 9, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And plaintiff-respondent having moved for an enlargement of time to submit its respondent's brief, with leave to seek further extensions until determination of other pending motions, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of adjourning the appeal to the January 2018 Term.
