We REINSTATE this appeal.

We abated this appeal for the trial court to sentence appellant in his presence. The trial court held a hearing on June 6, 2024, and orally pronounced sentence in appellant's presence. The trial court also signed a corrected judgment stating the sentence was imposed June 6, 2024.

Appellant's brief was filed May 1, 2024. The State's brief has not been filed and was due May 31, 2024. The case will be set for submission in due course.
