ORDER

Before the Court is appellants' May 11, 2016 Motion to Abate This Appeal. We DENY the motion. Based on review of the parties jurisdiction briefing and the trial court's April 1, 2016 Final Judgment it now appears that the Court has jurisdiction over the appeal and that this appeal should proceed separately from the appeal in cause no. 05-15-00102-CV, Estate of Frederic B. Ashe. We GRANT appellants' May 11, 2016 Unopposed Motion for Extension of time to File Appellants' Brief. Appellants shall file their brief on or before June 27, 2016.
