ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On August 23, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Remand. In the motion, respondent states that petitioner does not object to the granting of the motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Remand is granted and this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for purposes of conducting a hearing. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced hearing shall take place at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than December 26, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 26, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court status reports (preferably a joint report) concerning the then-present status of this case. Respondent shall attach to his report a copy of any Supplemental Notice of Determination issued to petitioner.
