This case is currently set for trial at the Court's October 16, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona trial session, On September 15, 2023, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, which motion we set for hearing. On October 13, 2023, we held a conference call with the parties. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is hereby

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's October 16, 2023, Phoenix, Arizona trial session and continued, and jurisdiction is retained by this Division of the Court. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Failure to Properly Prosecute, filed September 15, 2023, is held in abeyance. It is is further

ORDERED that, on or before November 15, 2023, the parties shall file status reports regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that petitioner's address is changed to the address provided in the conference call.
