We originally accepted jurisdiction to review Jackson County Hospital Corp. v. Aldrich, 835 So.2d 318 (Fla. 1st DCA 2002), pursuant to article V, section 3(b)( 4), of the Florida Constitution. However, after further consideration, we decline to exercise our discretion to review this matter.
Accordingly, this case is hereby dismissed.
It is so ordered.
