This case was called from the calendar for the trial session of the Court on February 27, 2023, for cases where Miami, Florida, was listed as the place of trial. Petitioner and counsel for respondent appeared and were heard.

During calendar call, the parties advised that a basis for settlement had been reached on all issues. Respondent lodged and later filed a stipulation of settled issues. The parties requested additional time to file a proposed stipulated decision document. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 1, 2023, the parties shall electronically file a proposed stipulated decision or status report (preferably a joint report) to inform the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned.
