This case is calendared for trial at the Miami, Florida, session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023.

For cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is calendared for trial at the above-referenced Trial Session at a time and date certain of 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST), on Monday, February 27, 2023, at the Claude Pepper Federal Building, 51 S.W. 1st Avenue, Room 1524, Miami, Florida 33130. The parties are advised that they do not need to appear before the Court until the time and date certain of 11:00 a.m. EST on February 27, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before 4:00 p.m. EST on Friday, February 17, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court a joint stipulation of facts.

This Order constitutes official notice of the same to the parties herein. Except for the modification stated above, the Standing Pretrial Order for Small Tax Cases issued October 26, 2022, remains in full force and effect.
