MEMORANDUM OPINION

By two letters dated June 4, 2003, the Court informed appellant that the $125 filing fee and docketing statement for this appeal were due within ten days of the date of the letters. By letter dated June 5, 2003, the Court notified appellant that his notice of appeal was defective and directed appellant to file an amended notice of appeal within ten days of the date of the letter. The letters warned appellant that failure to pay the filing fee, file the docketing statement or file the amended notice of appeal within ten days of the date of the letters would result in dismissal of the appeal without further notice. Appellant has not paid the filing fee, filed the docketing statement or filed the amended notice of appeal. Accordingly, the Court DISMISSES the appeal for want of prosecution. Tex.R.App.P. 42.3.
