DAMIAN WAJE BAUTISTA, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case is on the Court's September 12, 2021 San Francisco, California trial calendar. The major issue is petitioner's request for innocent-spouse relief, but the parties have settled that. What remain are adjustments to the original deficiency amount triggered by likely adjustments in a related case, docket number 8194-21. We discussed with the parties today how to coordinate the two cases, which do not have the same designated place of trial. We agree with the parties that waiting till the other case is resolved is reasonable, so we will simply monitor that case until it's resolved. It is therefore

ORDERED that the respondent's August 12, 2022 motion for a continuance is granted in that this case is stricken from the Court's September 12, 2022 trial calendar for San Francisco, California. It is also

ORDERED that this division of the Court retains jurisdiction over this case.
