ORDERED that Stewart McDivit, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children and Andrea Mooney, Esq., 301 South Geneva Street, Apt. 2F, Ithaca, NY 14850, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b).
