ORDER

PER CURIAM

On April 4, 2023, this court ordered the parties to mediation. The order states, in pertinent part, "THE COURT ORDERS that the mediation be held within 60 days of the date of this order. . . ." Therefore, the parties had until June 5, 2023, to mediate and advise the court in writing whether the case settled within 48 hours of the completion of mediation. The parties have not complied with this court's order. Accordingly, we ORDER the parties to conduct mediation, if they have not already done so, and advise the court in writing whether the case settled within 30 days of the date of this order. If the parties do not comply with this court's order within the designated time period, the court may dismiss the appeal or impose other sanctions, including contempt.
