Upon further review of the petition filed August 12, 2022, commencing the above-docketed matter, and the verified digital signature reflected thereon, it is

ORDERED that petitioner is no longer required to comply with the Court's August 29, 2022, Order insofar as it directed the filing of a Ratification of Petition. It is further

ORDERED that, insofar as the record herein would appear to raise other jurisdictional timing concerns, on or before March 31, 2023, respondent shall file either: (1) An appropriate jurisdictional motion; and/or (2) a report establishing the basis or bases for the Court's jurisdiction and attaching thereto a copy of any supporting documentation.
