On March 18, 2022, counsel for respondent filed a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel. In that motion, respondent represents that another counsel has entered an appearance and will continue to represent respondent in this case. Furthermore, respondent represents that petitioner has no objection to the granting of counsel's motion.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed on March 18, 2022, is granted and attorney Patrick J. Coleman, is hereby withdrawn as respondent's counsel of record.
