Before the Court is court reporter Norma Rico's October 30, 2024 third request for an extension of time to file the record. We GRANT the request and ORDER the reporter's record filed on or before NOVEMBER 29, 2024.
We caution Ms. Rico that if the reporter's record is not filed by NOVEMBER 29, 2024, the Court may use whatever remedies it has available, which may include ordering that Ms. Rico not sit as a court reporter until she files the complete reporter's record in this appeal.
