ORDER

Peter J. Panuthos, Special Trial Judge

This case has been assigned to the undersigned solely for the purpose of disposing of petitioner's Motion to Vacate, filed June 2, 2024, and counsel for petitioner's Motion to Withdraw as Counsel, filed June 3, 2024.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced Motions are set for hearing at the Court's Washington, D.C., special hearing session to be conducted remotely at a time and date certain of 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on Wednesday, September 25, 2024. Special Trial Judge Peter J. Panuthos will preside at the aforementioned hearing. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Proceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to participate in the above-referenced remote proceeding. It is further

ORDERED that, in addition to regular service, the Clerk of the Court shall serve a copy of this Order and the Notice of Remote Proceeding on petitioner at his mailing address on the Court's record.

This Order constitutes official notice of its contents to the parties.
