Opinion

No. 87-03213.

February 21, 1990.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County; Susan C. Bucklew, Judge.

James Marion Moorman, Public Defender, and Kevin Briggs, Asst. Public Defender, Bartow, for appellant.

Robert A. Butterworth, Atty. Gen., Tallahassee, and Anne Y. Swing, Asst. Atty. Gen., Tampa, for appellee.

There is a variance between the costs imposed by the trial judge in open court and those reflected in the judgment and probation order. Therefore, we reverse such costs and remand for imposition in conformity with those imposed in open court. Otherwise, affirmed.

SCHOONOVER, A.C.J., and PARKER and ALTENBERND, JJ., concur.
