On October 25, 2024, respondent filed a status report in the above-docketed matter, and a first supplement thereto followed on November 14, 2024. In those submissions, respondent indicated that, on March 20, 2024, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Alabama entered an order of discharge in petitioner Keith Charles Battle, Jr.'s bankruptcy case. Respondent attached to the supplement a copy of the Bankruptcy Court's Order of Discharge granting petitioner a discharge under 11 U.S.C. section 727. The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the stay of proceedings herein is lifted, and this case is restored to the general docket for trial or other disposition.
