Motion for permission to withdraw as counsel for appellant.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and no further proceedings shall be taken until the expiration of 30 days from the date of this decision and order, which shall be mailed to appellant by the Clerk of this Court and shall constitute notice to appellant to appoint another attorney under CPLR 321(c) or to proceed representing herself on the appeal.
