This case is currently calendared for trial at the Trial Session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 13, 2024, in Boston, Massachusetts. On April 12, 2024, respondent filed with the Court a Motion for Continuance. Petitioners do not object to the granting of this motion.

Upon due consideration of the record, and based on the representations made in the conference call held with the Court on April 29, 2024, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance is granted, and this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session and continued generally. It is further

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to update petitioners' address of record.
