On December 5, 2022, petitioners filed Petitioners' Proposed Trial Exhibits at docket entry #109. The same day, petitioners filed several docket entries of proposed trial exhibits and what appears to be a duplicate of Petitioners' Proposed Trial Exhibits (docket entry #109) at docket entry #115.

On June 27, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Leave to File Motion for Reconsideration of Findings or Opinion Pursuant to Rule 161 and lodged a Motion for Reconsideration of Findings or Opinion Pursuant to Rule 161. The same day, respondent filed a Motion to Vacate. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that petitioners' Proposed Trial Exhibits at docket entry #115 is hereby stricken from the record as duplicative. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 28, 2023, petitioners shall file an objection or response to: (1) respondent's Motion for Leave to File Motion for Reconsideration of Findings or Opinion Pursuant to Rule 161and (2) respondent's Motion to Vacate.
