On June 2, 2022, a conference call was held in this case. Based in part on that call, it is
ORDERED that, on or before July 29, 2022, the parties shall file a joint or separate status reports. In the report or reports, the parties shall: (1) report on the exchange of documents between the parties, if any, that occurred between June 2, 2022 and July 29, 2022, and any progress made to narrow the issues or settle the case; and (2) provide their views on how best to complete the exchange of all documents to be offered by either party at trial.
