Upon due consideration of respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to the Taxable Year 2019 and to Strike, filed July 8, 2021, it appearing that petitioners have no objection to respondent's motion, it is

ORDERED that respondent's above-described motion is granted and so much of this case relating to tax year 2019 is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction and is deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
