Upon review of the response to this Court's order to show cause dated September 27, 2023, the Court has determined that it should decline to accept jurisdiction in this case. See Debose v. State, No. SC2023-0657 (Fla. order issued September 13, 2023). The petition for discretionary review is, therefore, denied.
