Appellant Eric Alan Bates has filed a notice of appeal from his judgment of conviction for the offense of possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine of 4 grams or more but less than 200 grams, an offense to which Bates pleaded guilty and received a sentence of 5 years' imprisonment. The district court has certified that this is a plea-bargain case, the defendant has no right of appeal, and the defendant has waived the right of appeal. Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
