The above-named petitioner having moved for, inter alia, a writ of habeas corpus to be issued from this Court, for leave to prosecute same as a poor person, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is denied and the petition dismissed, without prejudice to raising substantive arguments on the direct appeal of a judgment of conviction rendered on June 8, 2016.
