On September 27, 2022, respondent filed an undated Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Kimberly Rachelle Bates (Index #6). Also on September 27, 2022, respondent filed a second Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Kimberly Rachelle Bates (Index #7).

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Kimberly Rachelle Bates (Index #6) is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
