This case is set on the Court's remote trial calendar for Los Angeles California, scheduled to be called on September 13, 2021. On August 9, 2021, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute reporting that petitioner has not cooperated in preparing this case for trial.

ORDERED that, on or before August 30, 2021, petitioner shall file an objection, if any to respondent's motion to dismiss.
